WPC Fence Board Installation Method
STEP 1: Install the aluminum alloy base
Measure the dimensions, center the base, insert the stainless steel expansion screws into the holes, further lock them with a special tool, determine the column spacing, and fix the remaining base in sequence.
STEP 2: Fix the aluminum alloy column
Insert the column into the base,fix it with the matching dovetail screws, and screw into each hole.
STEp 3: Install the aluminum alloy lower pressure strip
Determine the size ofthe pressure strips between the columns,connect the columns and the pressure strips with L-shaped corner codes, and lock the columns with drill tail screws.
STEP 4: Install the wood-plastic fence panels
Cut the determined board dimensions,insert the wood-plastic fence boards in sequene,and directly splice the transition between large and small boards.Place small decorative strips inside the spacer columns, In one gap,center two spacer blocks and insert them in sequence to place small fence boards.
STEP 5: Install the aluminum alloy upper pressure strip
Mark above the pressure strip, insert the wildebeest into the pressure strip,fixit with dovetail screws, insert the upper pressure strip into the fence board, and fix the wildebeest and the post with dovetail screws.
STEP 6: Insert the column decorative strips
Each column is paired with a decorative strip, which can be inserted from the top.
