WPC decking, or composite decking, is a material solution made from a unique combination of plastic and wood. WPC, which stands for Wood Plastic Composite, consists of 45% timber fibers, 55% Plastic, and additives.
Composition: WPC is composed of natural plant fiber (wood, wood flour, rice husk, straw, etc.) filled with plastic (polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP, polyvinyl chloride PVC, ABS, etc.) and processing AIDS.

How to install wpc floor?
Lay the ground flat Lay the keel
Deck installation Edge banding
1. Lay the floor flat and make sure it is flat and solid
2. Use expansion screws to fix the keel to the ground (the spacing between each expansion screw is about 500mm, and the spacing between the keels is about 300mm)
3. Place the WPC decking horizontally and perpendicular to the keel, insert the deck clip from the side of the floor, and then fix the clip to the keel with screws. (In summer construction, leave a 5mm expansion joint between the floor and the wall, and leave a 12mm expansion joint between the floor and the wall in winter construction. The corresponding expansion joints must also be left between the floors.) And so on, lay the deck flat.
4. After the floor is installed, finally install the edge banding. The edge banding is installed on the outermost edge of the flooring and is usually fixed with screws.
