Installation steps of PVC ceiling panel
1. Line drawing
First, draw the elevation line around the wall, and fix the pressure line at both ends of the wall with cement nails. According to the standard height, the line drawing should be drawn around the wall as the standard line for the installation of PVC panel, with an allowable error of 5mm.
2. Install the main beam
Fix the side keel with cement nails along the elevation line, determine the keel positioning line, and then install the keel (it should be noted that, in general, for kitchens or bathrooms with smaller areas, the keel may not be installed, and for ceilings with larger areas, the keel may be placed in the middle). When installing the keel, pay attention to leaving an outlet for the lighting line.
3. Install wooden keel
When installing the keel, it is necessary to keep the keel level around the wall. Speaking of the spacing of the PVC ceiling, generally speaking, it is 1200 to 1500 mm for those without ceilings, and 900 to 1200 mm for those with ceilings.
4. Panel installation
Before installing the PVC panel, check the installed keels, panels and plates, and install them after they meet the requirements. The installation direction of the PVC panel plate should be determined according to the length of the plate. If the horizontal and vertical materials are similar, the plate should be installed in the smooth direction.
