What is Flexible Stone?

Soft stone tiles, also known as flexible stone veneer, are not real porcelain, but a new type of building decoration material. Made of modified clay (mcm) as the main raw material, it is a flexible building decoration surface material formed, baked, and irradiated and cross-linked using a special temperature-controlled molding system. Since it was first created, it has the appearance of ceramic tiles, so it is commonly known as soft ceramic tiles. Later, with the development of technology, it can be developed into imitation stone, imitation leather, imitation wood, etc. Everything that can be imagined can be realized by soft stone.

How to Make Artificial Stone?

1.Main raw materials of flexible stone technology products: Ordinary urban construction waste soil ,including loess, red soil, white soil, black soil, cement waste, porcelain slag and stone powder and other inorganic substances can all become the main raw materials of soft stone series products.

2. Modified Cement: After more than 30 processes, the soil has good plasticity. The scientific community named this magical new material "MCM". MCM combines the flexibility of organic materials and the aging resistance of inorganic materials, and is non-toxic and non-radioactive.

3. Molding: "MCM" can be shaped in any way under photochemical isomerization and controlled curve temperature - anything you can imagine can be realized. MCM's exclusive mechanical system and molding process achieve zero emissions and zero pollution. Energy consumption and consumables are more than 80% lower than similar products.

4. Soil restoration: Flexible stone series products can be recycled into new products, or restored to their original nature through physical and chemical mechanical treatments, allowing them to be returned to cultivation.
